BOOT CAMP LIKE YOU”VE NEVER SEEN IT BEFORE!At Saratoga Performing Arts we are proud to offer just about any imaginable fitness classes at our studio!Not sure which to join, maybe we can help!Zumba® fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away.The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms, and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you’ve got Zumba®!Beginners Yoga: A gentle introduction to basic poses with a focus on moving and building energy with your breath. A good foundational class for newcomers and a great back to basics for old timers.Soft Flow Yoga: A gentle flow class based on the idea that yoga should feel good! It will get your body moving, stretching, strengthening, opening and healing.Power 1&2 Yoga: Stretch and strengthen your entire body in a mixed level power class. Challenging yet accessible.Tween Yoga: A 60 minute class catered to tweens. Breath, stretch, strengthen and develop respect and love for your body in a fun and light hearted, learning environment.Ages 10-13 4 week course, offered periodicallyKid’s Yoga: A fun and creative class inter-weaved with interactive story telling. This class assists kids with their ability to focus, while having fun and exercising.Ages 5-9 45 minutes 4 week course, offered periodicallyCircuit training: A great combination of alternating cardiovascular moves with weight training for maximum results. All levels welcome.Pilates: This 45 minute class will concentrate on strengthening your core while building strength and flexibility. All levels welcome.Fusion: If you can’t decide between yoga, Pilates, or weight training how about all three. This class will combine all three of these great training dynamics for a balanced workout. All levels welcome. |
